Ang ECQ, supposedly, sa atoang sabot nato dire sa region, is for the whole region. So kung dunay magpahigayon og ECQ, para na sa tibuok region ug dili pwede para lang sa isa ka LGU.

So, giingnan na lang namo ang DILG nga sila na bahala mag-write up the report then ipasa sa central office with regards sa impertinence sa Davao Occidental.
